Need a new design

Does anyone know a good design site that would have a design suitable for a review site that doesn't look trashy, but classy? I'm tierd of making templates for this site and lately, I haven't cared what they look like (hence, this template).
So if you know any design sites that are qualified to give good templates, please just leave their link. Thanks :)
