I started reading from your November entries. Sometimes you have really good entries then sometimes you have random ones like this one. I'm not too wild about random entries. I like to read diaries that are deep and make you think. I also like when metaphors are used and when the write compares and contrasts their feelings with something of the natural world, like the ocean for example. Then you have entries that are composed a lot more eloquently and structed superior than those entries that are more random at times. I wish you had more entires like the one I just linked, however I am afraid that I am not so fortunate.
I love underarmor It's the best. However, for volleyball we had to wear spandex shorts ... alone. It was not the best thing to do to girls. Hah
"I think I invariably hurt his feelings because I refuse to show mine."
Love that quote. Don't know if you said it or not ... it doesn't specify that in the entry. Then you followed it up with this (which I can totally relate to given my past experiences)
But that's exactly how we live: in perpetual terror of getting burned. Again. Because once you've been caught offguard and weak, you're not liable to want to repeat it. Ever. Even, sometimes, at the expense of those who really do care about us.
Overall I was dissapointed. I was expecting much because of those few entries that I really liked and made me think. However, I was dissapointed. You diary was not a drag to read though. However, I think you have more potential than what you are putting forth. It's good to use a broader vocabulary when typing.
Now the template is alright. The font is VERY pink and hurts my eyes. It's not grotesque it is just hard on the eyes. The background has tons of words. It is a good template since it's a diary but I'm just no thrilled. If I were giving your points I would give you almost all of them because it's not ugly, however it's not the best I've seen. I think I get the idea the designer was trying to grasp - maybe a little bit of inspiration ... mixed in with some wit. Hmm, who knows. There is no credit to the designer.
This entry was my favorite one. It was up the day I completed your review - I'm glad I didn't miss it.
I'm still debating about wether or not to come back. Thank you for requesting, I enjoyed reviewing your diary.
