You diary chronicles your journey of improving yourself and the troubles that you have. It's easy to read and not offensive to the mind (what I mean by that is that it's easy to understand and doesn't make the reader regret setting eyes on it).
Your layout is a classic one. There is nothing special about it to me - in fact I don't really like it, but I can see why other people would.
If I were to give you a grade it would be a B. It's like a book that you enjoy once, but not one that you pick up again and maybe a thrid time. Once is enough. It's like you enjoyed the book, but now you're moving on to another one.
